Healthchecks

Our Healthchecks provide an investigation into your current SAP supply chain solutions and processes to identify opportunities for improving system efficiency and performance.

Our customers tend to run healthchecks when:

A new solution has been implemented by a third party and is not performing as expected.
A system has been in place for several years and a review is required to check it still meets business needs.
Specific issues have been highlighted for example systems are running slowly, reporting gaps, unhappy end users.
Before an upgrade, to check if the current system is suitable for integration with new technology.

Floor Walking

On-site SAP support for warehouse operations. A new SAP implementation is a big operational change for both management and end users and can often throw up issues and questions, whether two weeks or two years after go-live.
